Ok - so he take care of your son, and does the housework. I'm assuming he also has a 9 to 5 job?
What do you do? Do you do anything to help with your son, or the housework? How about the cooking, taking your son to the doctor if necessary?
I would think that your boyfriend is doing a lot FOR you. If all you are doing is shouting at each other, try giving HIM a hand. Be the nice person you were when you first met him. Relationships of any kind are give & take. It takes 2 to tango, as you already know, but that applies in other areas of the relationship too. When you talk to him, try keeping your emotions out of it. You'll be amazed at how quickly things can be resolved if both of you just talk instead of shout.
Good luck.

There seem to be some underlying issues here. You don't explain why you are fed up with him, and what is causing the shouting matches.
Take a good long look at your relationship... are you only with him for a father figure for your child? There are very few men that would do that. And do house work...
What is it that you really want? What attracted you to him in the first place. Go back to that time and remember all the good qualities you saw in him then, now take a look at him now. Do you still see all those good qualities? If the answer is yes, then you need to try to make the relationship work.
Remember love is not all about sex and having fun, its about committment, compromise and accepting people for who they really are.
Good Luck!

You two can't even agree to get married even though you have created a child. You're lucky the guy is a good dad and helps around the house. Why is HE doing all the housework, by the way? Maybe he's fed up with YOU as well but loves your son so is sticking around! You need premarital counselling - FAST! It is time to make a good future for your child and it might just be shared custody and being apart!Or are you secretly stressed because you're not married and he's too good to lose? Either way, you need help to make decisions that will affect your whole life. Grow up and start being a mature parent before it's too late.

The fact that you shout at each other doesn't sound too good.
It's great that he's good with your son and does the housework, but something must be wrong if you're stressing each other out.
Identify what causes the shouting and either get counseling or figure out on your own some ways to get along better.

Go to a relate centre, you will be surprised at what maybe causing the conflict. Both of you must have to go knowing you need help. It depends on how bad things are but just talking to someone like that would help, they are experts at looking into relationship problems.
One thing i know is communication is one of the biggest problems between couples. You don't want to say something just in case it upsets the other, this means that important things don't get discussed, hence wedges start splitting you up

Maybe your relationship has just got boring.. mabe let your son go round a friends one night or stay with a relative and youcould go out for a meal or watever you want to do. If you start having a good time with him you can see the man you married again!

i would suggest every night before you guys go to bed take about 15 mintues just to get caught up on each others day , this is a nice conversation to have in the bed after your son is put to bed, and also i would suggest spending an evening catering to each other, get a babysitter and have fun . those ideas worked for many couples i know, give it a try . Goodluck

Every relationship goes through a patch of rough road once in awhile. Sounds like you and your boyfriend need to get away (just the two of you) for a long weekend and rekindle your love and your romance. I don't think you're falling out of love with him you're just caught up in too much day to day stress and work.

hey i had the same problem ages back.. The best thing to do is sit down and talk about your feelings. Even get a babysitter for the night and go out talk things out.
In my situation we gave each other space unforturnly i got sick and i had to ring him and tell him what happened. Lucky for me he dropped everything and looked after me.
if it was meant for you guys to be togheter forever talk things out now and save you good thing going between the both of you.
