My hair is like 6 inches past my shoulders with layers + sideswept bangs,
so its pretty long, but i'm in a style rut.
should i keep growing and try to reach this length:

Keep the length and cut it in shaggy layers....tousled look...way sexy.

It's goot for your hair to refresh it, i likе the extra changes, so i think it will be cool to try somethink new. Cut it, but don't make it so short. If you want them too grow faster cut only a few cm (2cm - 3cm).

Cut it, that style is soo in right now, But if you decide to let it grown you should straighten it and get a few high-lights, to brighten it up a bit.

no the short hair!! it wouldn't work great with you hair....i would keep growing it and try to reach the lenghth u wanted it!! GOOD LUCK!! =]
