I would think that they wouldn't, just to mess with us. Trying to eat our meal with that feeling that something just isn't quite right... yeah, it'd mess with me. If it exploded, we'd do what we normally do: Wipe up the mess and finish our food. No further thought required--we'd be able to do it on autopilot.
I would also think (since I friggin' HATE Taco Bell) there would be no other restaurant choice in Hell. It'd be like Demolition Man. JUST like Demolition Man: Sensors on the wall that give you violation notices for cursing--you know, like Yahoo Answers!

I've never eaten anything from Taco Bell. We don't have this, in Brazil :)
