The Old Testament scrolls were long before the church, but were read only in the temples. The Church began on the day of Pentecost.

I would say the church. Paul was writing the letters that would form most of the New Testament as he was attempting to help establish churches. Scripture was there, but it wasn't collected into the official "Bible" until after the beginnings of the church.

actually it was the Word of ADONAI. oral tradition was
to teach the younger generation the way of ADONAI.
hours were spent retelling these facts until the children
could recite them word perfect. so they had "church"
on almost a daily basis to firmly establish the word.

The Bible. God's Word is eternal and is 100% true. The Bible is the final authority, and anyone that contradicts it, is a false teacher and false prophet.

If by the word church you mean the 'ecclesia' - the called out ones - then it was the church.
