my 3 year old sister was sitting on chair and fell off, and landed on her arm. she won't stop crying. its been 15 minuits now. i ask her if it hurts and she says "YES" and shes still screaming now!
do u think she broke her arm!? what do i do??

Bring her to the hospital but let her walk to the car on her own. If her arm is broken then the bones will jiggle around more if you lift her up. She's probably protecting her arm by holding it all the time anyway. When you arrive at the hospital, get her a wheelchair to sit in while you push her around. It'll minimize movement of the possible broken bones in her arm.
If her upper arm is broken then she is likely feeling numbness below the break. That gives the feeling that part of the arm is missing when it isn't. The numbness comes from stretched out nerves surrounding the bone that broke. That feeling that something is missing could easily have her feeling terrified.
