What are some excersises and drills that I could do to increase my reflexes (NOT SPEED) and reaction time etc.? This is for boxing and wrestling.

Take a spool of thread and hang it from the cieling by the thread. Do this through out your house and every time you pass one hit it with a jab. Then try to hit it with a right hand right after. It will jump all over the place. If you get to where you can hit it with a three punch combo you will never miss a guy's chin.

Practice makes perfect. As anything else you can improve your reflexes simply by practice.

Try this reflex test now http://prelovac.com/vladimir/reflex-tester , practice every day for one week, and test again then. You should able to see the difference.

I've heard that throwing a ball aganist a brick wall or building and trying to catch it will help. It's kind of hard though if you dont' have anyone to practice or spar with. :(

Get a floor too ceiling ball, this is exactly what its for.
