I am a member of A Baptist Church, I am 35 years old, and when I started going, most of the congregation are elders to me, Well Our Pastor retired, and we started to search for a new one, and now we have a Pastor that is younger, and teaches seminary, and Now this Pastor has recruited a younger generation into our Church and now our Church is growing, in ethenticity and age, we are really building, bringing in a younger generation.
What You should do is maybe start a way to recruit younger people to come, if we sat and waiting, we'd wait forever, we need to go out and find and recruit, that is what a true desciple of The Lord does, you bring people in, sit down with your husband and think of ways you can start bringing a younger generation in, they are out there, and they need your help, find ways to do this, Ask and Pray to God, and you will have the answers you need.

If he has a calling to a youth pastor its not a lost cause. If there is no youth left there. Well, you are right then. Pray w/ him about it. Ask God where to go to be a youth leader. If you both feel God's leading plus are missing it. That is the spirit telling you something. Please pray about it right away. God Bless!!!!!
