I began experimenting with vitamins in 1968 and by 1970 I've been regularly taking: vitamins B-12, C, and E. And I swear by these vitamins as being effective.

The easiest to remember is watch your..........................
A,B,C,D,E.

Your local health food and supply store can arrange to test a small bit of your hair.The test shows "exactly" where your at for every vitamin and mineral.They provide a nice lab readout.

I used to take specific vitamins but came to the conclusion that unless im sick with something and specificaly NEED a certain vitamin, a multi vitamin once a day and some fish oil is enough

I take a multi-vitamin made for men. It's called Adam by Now Foods. it has the usual stuff plus popular herbal supplements.

I take multivitamins, B-40 complex, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin E, and a thermogenic pill before workout.
