My most POWERFUL is a spinning back kick, i have blown doors off hinges and full planks of layered paneling off a wall nails still intact!
BUT the accuracy is not so 100%. it requires a temporary blind spot on you where your target could and most likely will move.
So that is my most powerful but my most accurate would be just the simple front thrust punch from the line with your arm not moving back at all but firing like a rattler from the n gaurde position readying for the judge to say hajime. Strike fast and hard and back off and you can so often score a point so fast they don't know what hit them, but it is not so powerful. The spinning back kick is very powerful but lacks accuracy and speed.

there most powerful, or the most cosistantly efftective strike with power?, then power becomes a mute point depending on the target, then it boils down to effectiveness for the given situation and the style of your opponent... but my bread and butter is a side kick ( as it is very powerful ) and i like to use a thrust kick for jabbing puroses, to create the spacing needed for my side kick (much like a boxers jab for a cross), and i will mix round houses and reverse hook kicks in for good measure, but i am only begining to learn the Muay Thai range, and the MT round kick is great to set up knees elbows and punches... but really if you have "one super move that noone can defend" teach it to me

I believe a kick. I tested this theory..when I could press with weights 350lbs. with my legs. I have strong thighs and calves. My big brother was always teaching me kickboxing when I was little.
Well..I got locked up ...it's embarrassing but the truth I was put inside a holding cell and stood on a bench and after the third executed kick with the ball of my foot as the strike point...the Plexiglas's unit's unbreakable glass shattered like a broken windshield. They put me in another cell and I did the same thing. The next day the had no crisis unit because of it. They had to replace it with a stronger three inch thick solid plastic.
Darn...that one didn't budge. I got a hefty restitution of $1600.00 I think I was just scared and angry and the adrenaline maybe had something to do with it I was just as surprised as they were especially since I am a girl.

I would do a reverse punch..it is like a bullet coming down the barrel of a gun only it would not come from traditional side chamber but modified thrown from inside your hands on guard position and just dropping and sinking with your hips into the reverse punch. I find it to be devastating, and of course return back to an on guard position stepping either more into or into a defensive posture after.

The sound of the punches doesn't mean anything to stand up. nor does the power of a punch determine strength. you can be a weak person and have the best posture and good strike blows. and be better than the tougher guy without posture and good stance.

Spinning Back Kick
I have knocked doors right off their hinges with this kick.
It is impossible that I could ever punch that hard.

I gotta go with a jump spinning back kick. Even when I pull the kick from going to full power I've folded guys in half or knocked them across the mat flat on their back. alot of energy builds up in the rotational force of the kick .Backed by forward moving mass you will generate alot of power once you learn to time it with your jump.
