Can anyone help please when I try to play a bluray DVd on my PS3 it come out in black and white why is this . Also how do you delete a created player from the log on screen? Thanks for any help.

try different cables
try a different tv
make sure ur tv is hdcp complient
call sony

Don't know about the movie issue. Delete a user by pressing the triangle key when that one is selected. A menu will come up that has a delete option.

The black&white could be that your TV isn't HD, or your not using Component or HDMI cable. Which cables are you using? The red, white, yellow? The red, white, red, blue, green? Also does your TV have HDTV badge on it?

You need an HD tv to watch blu ray movies and it has to be hooked up with HD cables.

go to settings make sure its in the correct resolution for your tv
