These proverbs describe perverted people as:
+ Not respecting parents (Proverb 30:11)
+ Self-righteous (Proverb 30:12)
+ Proud (Proverb 30:13)
+ Plundering, greedy, and predatory (Proverb 30:14)

Proverbs 30
11 There is a group of people that curses its father,
and blesses not its mother.
12 There is a group that is pure in its own eyes,
yet is not purged of its filth.
13 There is a group--how haughty their eyes!
how overbearing their glance!
14 There is a group whose incisors are swords,
whose teeth are knives,
Devouring the needy from the earth,
and the poor from among men.

With love in Christ.

Most likely a generation that does not care about the poor that will take advantage of the needy, there are many out there that are like that, When we go through scripture it is important to fit it all together and not just try to find our own meaning, but in this God talks alot of how The Needy are put down now, and The Poor, This will not be so in The Holy Kingdom, The Last will be first, and The First will be Last.

Read that with your perception and discernment NOT literally!!! Also back up and start reading at Proverbs 30 Verse 11 then go to that verse...
Also you have to read All of that Proverbs Chapter to understand the context of that one scripture......
Another solution is to look that Proverbs Chapter up with scripture online...USE the Blue letter bible and look under Amplified version of the scripture..

Good luck with the answers you will receive...

It's basically saying that we as humans ignore the poor and don't care if they were to disappear from the earth.

It can mean whatever you want it to mean . That's the nice thing about religious books . Meanings have been argued and debated for two thousand years , but nothing has been settled as to the meanings , or ever will .
