Do you go to Church! Sunday, Monday or any day!

Because they are not really Christians.
Many Christians are so keen to boast large numbers of believers that they will grab any statistic. Hence often any person who does not actively identify themself as atheist or of another religion is assumed Christian. For instance, the 2001 census in the UK asked what people's religion was but had not options for simple agnostic or deist - hence many self identified as Christian by default. Similarly when I was asked my religion on admission to hospital once and said Atheist they put down Anglican. Go figure.

Some do and some don't, Going to church is good, but it should not stop there. You have to practice the rest of your religion, One cannot just go to church and then say " I am a good Christian '

Sometimes it is because people do not have a personal connection with the Lord. They try to solve problems on their own. Being out of fellowship(going to church) is disobedience.

To worship, praise and learn along to have some Christian fellowship.Sorry, I thought it said , why do Christians come to church on Sunday.

Weekly church attendance is not required for believers, but someone who has trusted Christ should have a desire to worship God, be taught His Word, and fellowship with other believers.

Some are sick and shut in. Some people actually do have allergies that will not permit them to stay in a public building. They attend however they can by way of television, radio and at home prayer, praise and worship
