Worcester, MA? When I lived in MA I got my chihuahua from someone I found on livedeals.com there is also a local shelter listed in the phone book.

Ask a vet if they can recommend any small breed dog breeders. As you want a small dog you have to have a pure bred. I have a papillon but min pins are another great choice easy to care for and not as yippy as jack russells.
