I want to know if any one out there is as ticked of as I am about the govrnment taking "In God We Trust" off the new gold dollar. All I got to say is that our nation won't last much longer if we keep dening and disobeying God.

What I am trying to put out is that how long until this "free" country starts taking everything out having to do with God they may be putting it on the side but how long until it just disappears? What about when they start taking out churches and who knows what else.

It is NOT off the new dollar. It is written on the outside edge. There were a few that were mistakenly printed without it and are now collectors items.

Don't believe every email you get or everything that you hear. Do some research for yourself.

Gold coinage prices are set by an implied numismatic value rather than just their gold content. This numismatic value is unfortunately often times overstated in the advertising.....if you are convinced that coinage is the way you wish to go....I would advise sticking with a reputable numismatic house rather than purchase anything online. Also Just a point of interest for you......the 2002 Golden Dollar has no gold content at all.....The "golden" refers to its color not what it is made of.

It is a wonderful thing. Remember, America was partly founded on the freedom of the individual to choose there own religion, as well as the responsibility of the government to separate itself from any one religion. Christian symbols on public goods and places alienate all of the other people besides Christians that make this country great. Christians would be much more respected and accepted if they weren't so self righteous self serving and self deserving. Get off of your high horses. You have no right to single yourselves out as representatives of the American public.

I think it's great.
There's a separation of Church and State for a reason.

Unless you'd like to print multiple coins with phrases like:

"In Yahweh we Trust."
"In Allah we Trust"
"In Buddha we Trust"
"In the God and Goddess we Trust"
"In the Hindu Gods and Goddesses we Trust"
"In No God we Trust" (for atheists)
etc......

When you're willing to pay for all those versions then maybe I'll listen.

EDIT:

What do you mean "taking out churches"?? There is a separation of Church and State in this country, as well as, a very important thing called Freedom of Religion.
This means that NOT ONLY do people have the freedom to practice any or no religion they want, but it also is SUPPOSED to free them from having other religions force their ideals on the nation at large.
No one will "take out churches" as you said, because it is your right as an American citizen to attend them. But STOP trying to shove YOUR faith down MY throat. It's MY right not to have to deal with your faith as well.

Blessed Be.

Since when did God want to be immortalized on money? I don't see that as denial or disobedience.

There's the point. You're disobeying God already so keeping it on there would be totally idiotic
