A Protein drink would be good to start in the morning.
Your body needs to be feed small portions every 2 to 3 hours along with exercise to keep your metabolism up.
This is the number one secret to weight loss.
The diets out there, where people lose the weight fast (by starving themselves) but gain it all back plus more, do not work. The reason for this is because they are first losing water and body muscle. Water helps to keep yourself and all your organs hydrated. Muscle helps burn more calories for energy, in turn burning more fat. Remember muscle weighs more than fat (always better to measure weight loss by size/inches not wieght).
Going back to the "starve yourself diets". When you drastically cut down on your calorie intake your body goes into survival mode and starts to store as much fat as it can for energy later. Hence the fact that muscle weighs more than fat. As you are dieting your weight loss looks good on the scale because it is going down but as soon as you start to eat more the fat will store itself on top of the emergnecy fat the body has already stored for survival.

Now when you exercise (both aerobically & weight training), eat small portions every 2 to 3, and measure your progress by size or inches lost, not weight, your results will be a healthier body and lifestyle. The more muscle you build the higher your metabolism will be to burn the fat. You eat small portions to keep your bodies furnance burning so that it continues to use the energy from the calories instead of storing it. You never want to skip a snack or meal because the body will store the fat the next time you eat. Sorry to have written almost a novel here but too many people try so hard to lose weight with no results and this is why.
One other thing you do not need to cut out any food groups to lose weight you need to eat in moderation and not over indulge in foods that are high in sugar and trans fat.
I wish you the best of success.
Good Luck!

Probably because of all the carbs and fats, but I wouldn't recommend it. You can't go wrong with eggs and toast, they at least have protein. Can't speak the same for Boones Farm.
