honestly, if she was really working out, like all hard, then she probably does not want to be bothered. M wife is constantly telling me about guys who approach her at the gym. Not that shes interested anyway, but she says most women don't wan to be bothered during a workout. The ones who show up with make up and hair done, they think its a singles bar, go for it.
If its love at first sight, try waiting for her to be on a treadmill or something. Get next to her and just strike up a conversation. Keep an eye on how long she has left on her machine. When she has about a minute left. get off yours and say. "I'm gonna go to a different machine now, butit was Good talking to you, can i interest you in coffee when your done?"
this shows that you arent at the gym JUST to meet girls. If she says anything ,like Boy friend or husband thats your clue to stop and say ok.
If she says something along the lines of "not today, or too much work, then say "another time perhaps"
go from there.

A smart thing to do would be to wait until she is on her way out of the gym, after having had a shower and all that, because usually when girls work out they are actually doing it to work out, not to get dates, but if you do want to talk to her while she's in the middle of a work out, make sure that she's not in the middle of something that takes concentration and lots of effort, because if you talk to her then, she might get kind of crabby. I would! Good luck!

We don't like being picked up at the gym. That's when we are at our ugliest.
I say try to catch her on the way out. After she's showered. Invite her to a dance or something else that involes physical movement.

Don't bother her. She's just trying to exercise. She's going to think that you're a creep who's just there to pick up girls. You can try smiling at her (not in the middle of her workout), and if she seems receptive, go from there. But no more.

Left arm come in from behind right at the knee joint, use your head you push her torso backwards, and have your right arm around her shoulders to catch the weight. Best to make sure there is a door near by.

find identical twins, put either on each side of the weightlifting bar, screw them on and lift.
They might complain but they'll be hanging out with you as long as you can keep it up
