Nope. They'd be overjoyed that they don't have to wait for payment, or chase down some idiot claims rep who doesn't know what day it is, so they won't bill anyone. (Besides, that's considered "double billing" and illegal.)

Abortions are not covered by most insurance policies. So you would be private pay.
There would be no billing of the insurance company, even if you told them you had insurance.
This would be considered a non covered service.
As such, you would have to pay for services in advance.

If for some reason, it was a covered service under your insurance policy it would totally depend on the hospitals contract with your insurance company.

If you dont tell them that you have insurance, they wouldnt have the info to submit it.
