Used in a responsible way, can they work and be an acceptable supplement to a weight loss routine? How can that work?

get the fat loss process started first by making changes to the diet and level of daily activity. when you see measurable fat loss then add in the diet pill, fat burner, etc. to expedite the process

yes. if you or someone is considered overweight by a certain percentage of ideal weight a doctor would probably give a prescription and monitor someone closely. they can work to help jumpstart a weight loss program. watching caloric intake and exercising will help as well. bottom line you have to burn more calories than you eat. a colleague at work is on adipex with a script from her doc. they monitor her heartrate and blood pressure every couples weeks. she is only on it for 3 months. they started her on a small dose. she says it's helping.

I agree with lv_consultant, but don't forget the SIDE EFFECTS OF THE PILLS. Not even alli is good or safe, the people from the FDA work for the pharmaceutical comp they work for each other when they should be protecting people. Best of luck

Try alli it's the best. I've been using it since june and i've lost 40 pounds.

It's the only FDA approved pill out there.
