Talk to your fellow employees - if they are having the same experience then write a letter to the manager and talk to him again (keep a copy of the letter for yourself). If, in a week, nothing is done - then go to the district manager - or whoever the manager reports to - show the district manager the letter and explain the situation.
Good luck!

That relies upon. Is it an excellent motel in a danger-free area? Does it have a pool? A breakfast bar? loose cable? And so some distance because the camping out is going, how's the elements? If it changed into really warm or really chilly or moist i'd likely %. the motel (or if the motel had a lot of truly high quality centers).

I'm assuming, the manager you have spoken to, is the Head of Housekeeping. I would speak to either the General Manager, or to the Front Office Manager, and tell them what you suspect. You can also speak to the weekend supervisor, the one who doesn't take the tips, and see what they think.

Talk to the head of security and see if they will set up a sting to catch her. This is theft. If an employee is stealing from those who she supervises, she is probably dishonest in other things too which may mean stealing from the guests. If they catch her, she will be fired for cause and will not be able to get unemployment.

Turn this in to Internal Revenue Service as they may have a bounty on this and they can put some serious heat on the thieves doing this.

Ask the manager outright...is he going to do anything about it, because this would be theft and dishonesty on the part of one of his employees. I doubt he would want to encourage that quality in his staff.

Search holiday inn on google and go to their website. Complain to the hotel owner himself and to the franchisee.
