after a night of drinking, before you "pass out" lol Drink a
V-8. I have heard alot of people say this works.
Also.....drink a glass of water every so often during a night of drinking. That also helps some people.
Another thing i have heard.......First thing in the morning....as soon as you get up, chug a tall glass of milk.
Hard to stomach that, i know.....but i have also been told that works too.

Well i don't exactly know.. because I'm only 15 and never had a hangover, or even been drunk for that matter!
But my cousin dose a lot of drinking, and because of this the day before she dose get totally drunk she buys loads of Gatorade, she swears by the stuff, she says its also helpful for headaches (not caused by alcohol) of course i don't think that there any cures for hang overs i think that there are things that can make them less painful and a nuisance.
Good Luck~

Lots of water and rest. Some folks say to drink a little more (hair of the dog that bit you). When you drink you need to stay hydrated and don't smoke. The alcohol dehydrates you tremendously and cigarettes inhibit oxygen getting to your brain. For every beer I drink at least a glass of water and I always appreciate it the next day.

Thank God I don't have those anymore! But I would get a cold rag for my head and lie in a dark room. I also would crave a cherry Popsicle or clam chowder, which would work. Go figure.

Sleep it off..there is no other way. Coffee helps get your head straight, but there is no formula that gets you out of a hang over.
