TALK TO SOMEONE .....................GO FOR A WALK , GET A MASSAGE, TALK TO SOMEONE..................IF IT GETS BAD, SEE A DOCTOR.

i personally, go get my nails done. but hey, u didn't say if u were a girl or a guy.... so.... if ur a guy, i really don't know how to answer that...... lol
