Because he is trying to make her jealous and have her recodnise him in anywayhe can make her. He doesn;t know how to get her attention any other way. Or if he's a jerk he just doing it to get you P.O.ed

I heard that evolutionarily speaking, men are driven to have as many offspring as possible with as many different women. Sex-drive gets in the way of a man's thoughts. Rude? Sure. Lot's of hormones, young, and inexperienced with a woman's feelings? You bet.
