Where is the brake light switch located on a 1999 Nissan Altima?

My rear 3 brake lights are simulatneously out its not fuses or bulbs more like an electrical issue. I heard it might be my brake light switch but I dont know where exactly it is.

Brake light and Cruise switches are located above the brake pedal and are easy to change if your skinny and can work above your head laying in the drivers floor board.
