usually i throw some on a salad or just eat it plain. i'm a fish vegetarian, so i like to get my protein in with tunasalad.

it's excellent to eat tuna salad while on a diet, just use lower fat mayonnaises to reduce calories. I'd also recommend buying the name brand mayo as it's much better then the cheapo wal-mart and off brand stuff.

Also, get the cheapest light tuna you can find, as it has the lowest levels of mercury. The expensive, white and albacore tuna has higher mercury levels.

bad...not even close

foods that are all natural should never be questioned in regards to the health. all natural foods are what humans are designed to ingest not man-made foods made in factory's that are loaded with chemicals.

a tuna salad is a very smart food choice
