If you are friends with her already, then it should be quite simple. Just say, "What do you do on the weekends?" or "There's this really cool movie I want to see, but I want someone to go with me to see it" Then after you are with her some of the day, just throw it out there that you think she's cute and maybe later just ask to go out again. Maybe even a passionate LONG hug to get her thinking. :)

There is no need to explicitely say to someone "I like you". You can show it. Stay close to her. Ask her to hang out with you etc.See if you can go out together somewhere like movies, dinner, etc.Start asking questions to find out more about her and when is the right moment just kiss her. That is more than a hint.

Just tell her and then ask her out. Simple as that. Say, "I just wanted you to know I like you" and if she says, "I like you too" then you can be like, "so you wanna go out sometime?" If she says, "yes" suggest something. Good luck and hope I helped.

Go up to her and ask her out. Plain and simple. No need to be coy, no need to pretend, no need to use a messenger. None of that funny stuff.
If you wanna be with her, first of all you're gonna have to learn to talk with her. A relationship based on hand-motions kinda sucks...

catch when shes alone and casually ask if she would want to hang out sometime.
or, even better, ask her if she wants to come bowling (just an example) with you and a couple friends.
suggest that she bring some of her friends too.

If you like someone, you have to take that chance they may not like you back, and just tell em. At least thats what I do.

Don't tell her, just ask on it. If you're watching a movie and she looks cold or something, rub her back..put your arm around her. Idk, do something fun and playful. If she leaves or makes you stop, then she doesn't like you. Have fun, though.
