I will not kiss my lover since I received dentures as I feel that his tounge will feel the hard plastic in my mouth and turn him off. What tips can you give me on keeping my sex life confident. He says he loves me with our without my own teeth but I've only had them a couple of weeks and am scared to have him put his tounge in my mouth.

Don't be afraid. This is something both of you need to explore. Since he already knows you wear dentures he is going to be somewhat curious about how things feel in there with the dentures in. Let him check you out. The sooner the both of you get past this stage the better things will get.

There is nothing to be afraid of. I think it is natural to worry and I know I did my share when I first got dentures but after 7 years, we (husband and I) just go right along- teeth in, teeth out- it is all good!

Feel free to contact me if you want to discuss further

You expect us to believe that you are old enough to have dentures, but stupid enough to ask this question? What are you 12?

What's the difference between hard plastic and hard teeth when kissing? It feels the same. Duhhh...

It will get easier the longer you wear them.I've had mine for about 30 years.(a car accident) Sometimes I forget I have them.He will probably try to talk you into oral with them out!

Wow, she wasn't talking about the "hard teeth" she was talking about the hard roof of your mouth, and you are never too old to ask questions, your stupid comment just shows how young and immature you are! Some people end up with dentures no matter there age, due to illness, one person here said accident, don't be too quick to judge others!
