Immediate year ban to go on your licence when you do pass, substantial fine, conviction for driving without insurance (as well as full liability to pay for any and all damage caused as a result of an accident you are involved in)... enough yet????

If you're caught you will be prosecuted for no licence (note the UK spelling) and no insurance - you can't have valid insurance without a valid licence.
You'll be banned most likely for 6 months and fined somewhere in the region of £1000. You'll also have between four and eight penalty points added to your licence valid for three years from the date your licence is returned after your disqualification, so your insurance will be dearer.
And that's if you DON'T have an accident and hurt someone.
Wait for your test, it's only three weeks away.

The fact that your test is in 3 weeks time is irrelevant how do you know you will pass?
Hopefully, if you drive illegally, you will be spotted by the police, try to drive off at high speed, crash into a brick wall and kill yourself, without harming any bystanders and thus saving vast amounts of insurance money
You are a pillock of the greatest magnitude.

If caught, you will be done for driving without a license, without insurance, as insurance is void if breaking the law.
Expect to be banned for a period of up to 3 years, and then you will have to re take test. It will also cost you loads more to get insured, as you will have a record.

You will probably be convicted of an LC20 (driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence) and an IN10 (driving without third party insurance) - normally 6 - 9 points
Even if you did have insurance it will become null as you did not have a supervisor

You're likely to get caught by the police "S*ds Law" and then you will get a fine for driving without a license and without insurance. You may also get banned from driving for a period of time.
Don't do it - it's not long to wait now!

you,ll probably get caught and have to pay a big fine and may lose your permit also, and this will mean no license for you when the time comes, that's about all that can happen unless you get in to an accident, then your in real trouble, your choice here, good luck.
