i know, i know, its totally immoral. but i'm getting screwed on salary, and could potentially win a few hundred dollars by winning a 7 week weight loss contest. i could stand to lose 10 pounds or so, maybe 15. any more than that and i would be a skeleton. to guarantee victory i need to drop 12% of my body weight in 7 weeks - which would be about 20 pounds, (i have a fair amount of muscle and am over 6 ft tall). the weigh in is in 4 days and i bought some weight gainer. i will weigh in with a regular button down collar shirt and khakis, and socks - no shoes, probably no watch or wallet either. they just want to lose the weight because they are fat, money is a non issue for them. how can i win? i want to weigh in really high so i dont have to become a skeleton to win. is there a really heavy metal i can put in my socks, wallet or underwear? drink tons of water the day of? eat a huge steak? wear ankle weights under my socks? bullet proof vest? haha any CONSTRUCTIVE input veryappreciated

Lose the attitude that you are entitled because of your bad salary, or that you can even win at all by cheating. That's what's really weighing you down.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
