I have been wide open and digging for many years. My head feels fine and I don't use drugs. How 'bout you?

No, not at all. However, I also try to learn when digging, others, seem to simply look for something to twist and complain about.

It depends on what kind of person you are. Some are what the Bible calls "fleshly men". That is their concerns are only about day to day concerns of making a living and caring for their family but not spiritual things. When they do start to consider spiritual things, it has to be light fair or milk. Hebrews says it best in ch. 5:11-14. They were "dull in their hearing....you again need to be taught the elementary things of the sacred pronouncements of God, and you have become such as need milk, not solid food. For everyone that partakes of milk is unacquainted with the word of righteousness for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to mature people, to those who through use have their perceptive powers trained to distinguish both right and wrong." Paul in 1Corinthinians 3:1-3 that he fed them "milk, not something to eat, for you were not strong enough...you are fleshly, ...with jealousy and strife among you and not walking as men."

So it all depends on where you are in development and whether the "milk" you have been on is full of vitamins and minerals or watered down so much it is pale water.

It is not the digging that makes my head hurt, but it is the "splitting hairs" on doctrine.

It's my eyes. I strain them when reading. Just mild headaches though. It doesn't matter. I love the subjects.
