I got my cats " fixed " a few weeks ago but they still try to have babies!!!!!! I mean they love to play together but they just can't help it they wanna have babies and they are only kittens what do I do?

Kittens climb all over each other, it doesn't necessarily mean they're trying to mate. If the male isn't grabbing the female by the scruff and getting into a full position, then it's just play and not mating.
If they were at least 6 months old, then yes, they can TRY but nothing will happen, the hormones will wear off in a month and the behavior will change. Don't sweat it.

It can take several weeks for their hormone levels to drop, and breeding behavior to stop.
