I don't know if it is my eye liner that makes my eyes like that...I've been using it for months but it never made my eyes bloodshot....just these past few weeks. My eye turns suddenly red and kinda itchy...it sometimes waters too. I remember one day whenI was washing my face, something got in my eye and it was painful...that was the start.everytime I put on my eyeliner, it becomes bloodshot after let's say 5 hours....it kinds scares me.What is wrong?

Sounds to me like you have allergies. Especially b/c it is a sudden onset. I can usually tell I have allergy eyes when my fiance's typical sneezing allergies kick in. You can try some artificial tears to help soothe them for now. Refresh Plus is a good brand. However, you ophthalmologist can prescribe you some allergy drops and they work really awesome!

If you can, try to go to see an opthamologist.
My eyes get that way if I go to bed without taking off my eye make up (specifically my mascara.) So, in the meantime, be sure to take off all of your eye make up each night (I use ponds cold cream), and be sure to throw out and replace your eye liner and mascara every few months, because bacteria can start to grow and could cause a reaction or infection.
Also, get some gentle eye drops to help sooth your eyes when they are red.
Hope that helps!

Some factors of blindness will result in a 'milky white' watching eye. That mentioned, mine don't. My eyes seem ordinary and brown. This is the case with such a lot more youthful blind humans.

It might be the eye-liner, or it might be mascara (if you use that). Or it might be something else.

Your best bet is to see an eye doctor and find out if something has gotten into your eye or perhaps even scratched the cornea.

Good luck!
