How do you make a guy who doesn't know if he likes you like you? I told him that I liked him, but he doesn't know how he feels.... any suggestions?

Act like you don't care. Once he's started thinking about liking you, he'll wonder why you're acting like you're not so interested anymore and he'll start getting interested.

You can't. Either he does or he doesn't.
