PB&J's are great! That's what the hubby and I have for lunch everyday.

They aren't that bad for you. Peanut butter is full of fats, but they're mostly the good fats. The only problem is the sugar that's in the jelly. If you're really worried though, you can buy both in sugar free or fat free versions to help cut the calories, sugar, and fat content. Also, the bread, while not all bad, is still bad for you if you're a carb-o-holic (like me). You can alawys try to switch it up and make your sandwich on a low carb bread, whole wheat bread (a great choice!) or even on a tortilla. You have many options to choose from.

If it's Natural/organic peanut butter ( no hydrogenated oils ) then thats fine. Peanut butter is very calorie dense ( 200 cals / 2tbls spoon). The jelly is pretty much basically sugar added with high fructose syrup, so you can ditch that but theres no harm eating it daily if your meeting your calorie limits.

unless youre allergic. if you were i thonk you would know though.
if the rest of your diet is mostly healthy, some jelly every day won't hurt you!
