My dad has nothing at his house. He has no TV and no yard(its raining anyway.) And no computer. I'm waiting for him to come pick me up. And my little brother, my older sister is going over her boyfrineds house so she isnt coming.
What can i do to keep me from going INSANE at his house? He has a DVD player. So we are bringing some movies. But i can't watch movies for a hole day and night.
PLease help me!

he has a TV just not cable. And i do talk to him, just i can't for a long time. I have to sleep on the couch too. I wasnt gonna go over, because he said he couldnt take us, so i made plans. Now i cant.

Do what kids did before TV and computers. Play games, play cards, put on a play, bake cookies, tell ghost stories, read books, put sheets up for tents.
Believe it or not, kids survived for hundreds of centuries without electricity let alone TV and computers. You'll live. And maybe you can get to know your dad, ask him to tell you stories about his childhood.

What interests you? What do you enjoy doing for fun? You could take cards, board games, paper and paints, bake a cake, play charades (you think of the title of a film, book, etc and mime the title for others to guess), hide and seek. Maybe you could enjoy being with your Dad and just do something everyone would enjoy.

Take some books, why cant you talk to your dad???? Afterall its not as tho you live with him and its only 24 hours. Is he so bad you cant talk to him?? Start a converstion you may be surprised at what he has to say.

baking a cake is a great idea! Maybe bring stuff to make spaghetti too, that will keep you busy.
