It's another exploitation. Any parent who gives their kid such a doll had better be ready for it to be treated with disrespect. Love affairs with Barbie, etc.

It is improper.
People will justify such a thing saying it would at least get the children to learn about Jesus.
Ha.
Someone is making money on this, and that is all.
People in the church should be taught that we do not need to use the methods of the world to save people from the world.
The truth should be enough.
Just one more thing among so much already that has been used to extract money from people by people with hidden motives.

I'm just glad no one will be burning any embassies, or targeting Chinese people for someone else's disrespect.
Just think what WOULD have happened if that doll was of M_______ reciting the Q_____
This is just one more reason not to shop at Wal-Mart.

Anything that trivializes Jesus is cool in my book.
Let me explain...lol. "Jesus" is just a symbol. "Christians" have made a fetish of their idolized Jesus, and have mistaken the symbol for the thing it's supposed to represent. Anybody who imagines that the "Gospel Story" actually happened as described merely misses the point of the entire fable. So as far as I'm concerned, "Jesus" is a sacred cow, and people need to eat a hamburger and get over it.

Given that it's made in China, it'll probably be recalled for having toxic paint ;-)
