My daughter is 11 and has been going through changes for awhile now. I have to remind her ever day now to put on deodarent, brush your teeth, wash your face, put on the pimple cream. I have to do this EVERY day! If I forget to remind her, she won't do it! And when she doesn't do it, she starts stinking, breath starts stinking, and pimples break out!
How can I POUND into her head to do these things without me reminding her?
Mind you, I have reminded her every day for 5-6 years to BRUSH HER TEETH! Still to this day, if I don't, she WON'T do it!! Help!! What will work to make this happen??

No one said parenting was easy.... or endless.
Try to get her into a routine every day, even if it means you still need to remind her... oh well, it's your responsibility as a parent..
We have two girls and two boys... and the girls were worse by far in reference to this.... but they grew out of it.
LOL~ just wait until she starts with PMS... we called that stage of our daughter's lives 'The Satan Years'....
She'll be fine, you'll survive, and your daughter will grow up to be a loving, responsible adult... it just takes time and patience.
Best of luck to you~

I know how you feel. When does Motherhood get better. In a word NEVER.
Have you tried notes? Put up nicely printed notes on her walls, on her mirror, in the hall way, in the bathroom. DID YOU BATH TODAY, BRUSH YOUR TEETH. WHAT IS THAT SMELL!. etc. If her friends come over too bad the signs stay up until she can do those items without being reminded.
Have you tried some type of award. Make a sign-in sheet so every time she takes a bath, brushes, teeth, etc without being told, she can check off an item on the sheet. And make a nice reward when she does the items for a week. The longer she does them the better the reward.

Could she be holding some kind of grudge against you and using this as a way to rebel against you? If so, nagging will just make things worse. It may not be directed towards you necessarily, either ... she could be feeling resentful about something else going on in her life, and doing this to get attention or confirmation that you care about her.
I don't mean to offend you or anything. It could be just plain laziness, but I'd try to find out if there is something emotional driving her behaviour. If you resolve that, she may be more cooperative.

Tape her a little reminder to the bathroom mirror. I am sure as soon as she starts noticing boys and vice versa, her habits will improve.
