My favourite meal is 21 day matured Scottish Angus fillet steak marinated with spices and mustard and grilled to butter like softness served with grilled lemon drenched asparagus and a baked potato covered with cheese with a side salad of baby spinach, watercress and rocket salad with tomatos from the vine and mozzarela drizzeled in balsamic vinegar followed by a slice of cheesecake baked the traditional german way.
