I do as well. When I was 10, everyone thought I was about 13. When I was 12, everyone though I was about 16 (I was well developed by then :D) and by the time I WAS 16, everybody assumed I was in university. It was quite scary actually, but I'd been brought up in a way that encouraged thoughtful behaviour, but I still had that little child streak that everybody could relate to when I showed it. I think it was my height, too. I was 5'7 at 13 years old and taller than my mum. I'm 6' now, but I don't really mind. I also had large feet and VERY long legs with a defined waist, which is probably why people though I was older, because, how can a 12 year old possibly have woman curves? It got in the way a bit, and caused arguments because people thought I could handle the pressure when I wasn't even a teenager. I have Depression too, which didn't help at all. Quite a big thing for a 12 year old to cope with, so I guess I hid my child part from then on to avoid the pain of it. It was quite embarrassing, because wherever I went, boys kept on looking at me and my mum noticed......I was 12........ Now I'm an adult, that feeling has stopped. I've finally started looking like my age. I think it'll even out, it's just the way we grow sometimes. Hope this helped! x

If the guy asks you out, there is a lovely word you should know before you are any older. It is NO. You can add: I appreciate the offer but I'm too young to date, if you want to, but you will wisely use NO throughout your lifetime, so best to learn it now.
Boys of this age are full of testosterone, so, sadly, it isn't that you are cute (which I'm sure you are) but because you are a girl. His creepiness will go away as he matures, but that isn't your problem. Just learn to deal with each boy/man equally until you are ready to handle emotional and physical closeness...No, thank you and smile and be on your way.
Don't be flattered, but don't change where you eat. There are immature boys/men everywhere, so you would have to hide forever, possibly eating all meals at home. And your poor dad would miss his lovely daughter eating with him. ( I think that is so wonderful). So, go out, have fun, and let the boys mature a bit more. Enjoy the flirting; he's just practicing. Don't encourage him, though as that gives him the wrong message.
Enjoy looking older now, but it could be a hindrance. Be careful that your packaging doesn't promise a gift.
Have a great day and happy forever.

Oh come on!
Haha...you're fine, don't worry about him asking you out. In fact he would probably get into trouble if he were to ask you out while he's working anyways. I'm sure that's against their rules, although not everyone follows them...but you know what I'm saying.
Plus with your dad there, this guy isn't going to even tread near asking you out. Dad's are intimidating...so that guy would have to have some balls to ask you out right in front of your dad.
Anyways take his flirtations as a compliment, so what if you look a little older than you really are? Just as long as you don't ever lie about your age to any guys, you'll be ok.
Keep going to IHOP and enjoy the individual attention you've been getting, because I know you miss it :)

Hey, I'm a guy whose 24 and looks like he's 19. You play the hand that you're dealt. Look on the bright side, people might take you more seriously because you look older.

Just ignore him. I doubt that he would ask you out. Would time do you usually go there? Maybe if you changed what meal you went to, he wouldn't be there. I don't know. Maybe if you just tell your dad. You could also try going to a different IHOP location.

Just mention something about being 13 whenever he is around...if he is 18 or 19 that should creep him out enough to leave you alone, if it doesn't, then he is creepy and needs to be told to leave you alone!

When he tries to flirt with you, let him know that you are only 13. He may think you are joking at first but he will eventually back off
