They dont believe because Jesus prophecized that many will persecute the name of Jesus Christ and many will turn away from him...so they are actually proving that God's word is Real..which makes God real...they just dont know that..the word of God is Truth...so you cant tell the truth without the Truth...hopefully they can know the truth someday and turn to God...because Jesus is coming soon...literally...God bless...

I have to agree with the majority of the comments , using the tools available , Reason , Evidence and the brain God gave us - lol ! It is irrational to believe in Supernatural being and the more personal the God becomes the more absurd it is to believe.

Just going on past performance ... there are 1000s of dead Gods, in time all Gods will be dead. What I mean to say is that there is a marked shift in society led by the Scandinavian countries and Japan ... just a few more hundred years and people will look back and think ‘ How strange it was that people used to believe in God ‘. The same way we today might look at the Egyptians, the Mayans or the ancient Greek believe systems.

Once God and superstition is removed from society then mankind can take his 1st step towards salvation.

Even if I could explain it scientifically to you, I doubt you'd understand it. It would be like explaining how a circuit board could control a laser shooting into the sky, spelling out the words, "I D 10 T" onto the clouds.

The universe is over 16 billion years old. The earth, 4.6 billion. In that time, anything can transpire, even the creation of life. Accidentally.

The concept of god was created to explain away things that had no explanation at the time. Since scientific concepts were not available, the simple fallback of "Goddidit" sufficed. Since we can now explain away the sun, the moon, the rain, fire, procreation, an echo with science, it makes the god concept less and less relevant each time. Unfortunately, the god believers continue to fight back, trying to gain ground by saying god created everything, including science. It's like Pee Wee Herman saying, "INFINITY!"

If you can't beat em, encompass everything and say it was god's will.

on your assistance, maximum atheists are not stressful. I also DONT pick to be non secular. And really, i imagine it is stressful that like, each and every thing must be god-correct. you won't be able to run for president if you aren't to any extent further non secular. in case you seem into the previous and see each and every of the injustices atheists have confronted, i imagine you'll understand who's being stressful. i can not even bypass see a movie with out having some dude on a soapbox commence preaching about how if we do not grow to be Christian god will punish us! >:|

There and have been thousands of gods throughout human history. Even to-day there is a pantheon of gods, of which the Judaeo-Christian god is simply one. So which god are you talking about?

Fundamentally, there is no evidence whatsoever that establishes the existence of any god beyond doubt. That is, and always will be, the primary stumbling block with any claims about the existence of any god.

I don't really need science to justify my non belief. There is no evidence there are supernatural forces. I don't even have to know how or why were are here.

If you want some science. Abiogenesis and Evolution http://www.talkorigins.org/

This question is asked a lot, pardon me if I'm not in the mood for a lengthy answer.

I believe in the big bang theory as i think that it is virtually physicaaly impossible to have built a planet-especially in 6 days(i think thats right??)

I actually think someone/a group of people created the theory and concept of a god and wrote the bible,Q'ran etc. as a test to see how guilible people are,and to test their powers and to use it to their advantages.I think also the more you believe and idolise something/someone the more weaker you become as you become a follower.

It is like this - you make a claim and you also provide the evidence that sustains the claim and turns it into a fact.

I give you a coconut and tell you that it contains a liquid drinkable fluid inside. I proof my claim by chooping it in half. I don´t just leave it unopened for you to believe my claim. I give you resolution.

Please do the same for me.

Evidence.
It all comes down to evidence.
And the fact is, there isn't a single shred of credible evidence to support the existence of your god or any other gods.
None.
The next christian that provides such evidence will be the first in history to do so.
