Okay, my hair is like two or three inches past my shoulder, naturally curly but I straighten it. I have short-ish layers(Not so short that they can be spiked, but the shortest one is like ear length). It's a deep brown and I'm open to dying(though idk if i can lol) if you need pics I can get them, but what should I do with my hair?

Try to curl it, get some gel and put it in, Straighten your bangs also. Most people with Naturally curly hair look better with curly than they do with straight.

Do you ever use leave in conditioners that relax the curl and moisten the hair. I like The Conditioner it is either designer or generic. Generic is cheeper. Dab a quarter size in your hands and rub it thru out your hair, and let your hair be natural. Sounds sexy and pretty. You could color it or streak the top a little with blond high lights, a lot of people now a days under dye the bottom part dark have a middle color and streak the top blond. Thats cool. Good luckky

IN THE 70'S, THE RAGE WAS LAYERED HAIR. I DID IT WITH SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE ROLLERS.

EAR LENGTH--SMALL
SHOULDER-MEDIUM
BRA LENGTH - LARGE.

WASH HAIR
USE A MOUSSE OR GEL
THEN ROLL
DRY WITH ROLLERS IN HAIR.
WHEN HAIR IS DRY UNDO.
LAYERED CURLS.

i would layer and curve your straightened hair around your face to flatter it. then leave the rest natural. some highlight can be added as long as it doesn't look cheap! try this:
