No. Since the 360 and the PS3 are made by different companies and also the fact they are different systems it is not possible. But if it is a similar consol like the PS1 or the PS2 can work on the PS3. But some don't anymore. For the USB i'm not completely sure but I think that if you tried to load something with it, it probobly wouldn't work.

The answer is no to both answers.

For the first one, as you already said, the PS3 and Xbox 360 are completly different platforms.

As for the save games: To prevent malicious cheating by editing save games, there is no way to get a savegame from a Video Console to an USB device easily.

Furthermore, as savegames are mostly snapshots of certain memory areas, the above answer with the different platforms leads to the conclusion, as the memory areas are different on both consoles, that savegames won't work.

No
They run totally different hardware and software.
I wouldn't wait for any emulators for the PC. These consoles are so powerful that it will be a good few years before a PC has enough power to run a software emulator that could hope to run a PS3/XBox360 game, and that PC would cost a whole lot more than the console anyway

if you have a 10gb memory stick or sd card then some games may work on both, but i doubt you can get one. also, wait a year or 2 and someone will have made a PS3 and xbox 360 emulator, so you can buy the games then play em on your computer, and because the controllers are wireless, if you buy a blue tooth dongle you can use them on your computer. someone has made a program so you can use your wii remote on the computer, you can aleady use xbox 360 controllers on your pc and surely someone will have made a program to use PS3 controllers on the computer.

No it's impossible - architecture is way too different between them. Can you play old Xbox games on PS2?
