has NO utilities in his name, and no valid drivers license? I am wanting to find him because I am pregnant with his child, I know that he moved back with his mom somewhere in Warren county New Jersey and I got his old address based upon past records from the municiple court in Warren county New Jersey, and I looked up the owners of those property's, from past tax records and his mother no longer resides there, I do not know his mothers name, but I know he lives with her, how could I get say a copy of his birth certificate or something to find out what his mother's name is, or are there any other ways you could think of that I could find him?

If they can not find any records on him they will look into a court record or something like that...Although normally to do that you need to buy a subscription to the site. Good Luck! I have been looking for an old friend for awhile and still have not been able to locate her:(

There are many search engines that you can use to try to locate him. You cannot get a copy of his birth certificate because you are not related and it is much harder to get such records than it used to be. You could end up paying for information that is old or no longer valid. One thing you could do is perhaps trace his family back a generation to get his mother's name. You could also try directory assistance. Maybe she has a phone and the same last name. Both he and his mom may have moved out of the county and/or the state.

I don't think you can get a copy of his birth certificate unless he gives you a copy himself
