we jst met but it feels like i've known him 4 a long time,,, in 3 weeks we're in love n he wants me to tell my parents bout him so dat we get engaged,, do we need more time to knw each other still ?

I think it is possible to know alot about a person in 3weeks. Though, at this point I doubt you have seen alot of different sides of your significant other. The real question, is do you know enough about him so far, to make a life commitment.
For me, that answer took around a year.

Here is the TRUTH!
It takes about 1 year to get to know someone - and you really should live with them to get to know them even better.
Many people put on their rose colored glasses when they first date someone. Also most people are at the best behavior when they first date someone.
The guy you are seeing now is not the REAL guy. It actually has been scientifically proven that when men fall in love, their body emits certain hormones in their blood stream which makes them more sensitive and act more like a "woman". This is temporary and goes away after a few months. I'm NOT KIDDING about this.
Get engaged whenever you want - but wait at least a year to get married until you get to know the REAL him.

i think you guys need more time. this is a relationship for life that you want so why not wait a little longer to get engaged? after a while you guys should start living together but for now it may seem you know everything about him but that is impossible. Do you know if he wants kids and where he wants to live? You guys should find out more about eachother before you make this big decision. hope i helped

I met and married my ex-wife in less than 3 weeks and it lasted over 20 years.I know people that dated for years and didn't last that long.Good luck.(trust your heart)
