I bought packet mix of spanish rice... the sauce and rice are separate. the rice packet is partly open. can it still be used?

Take it back or throw it away...I would never use anything open or half open

I don't know a pre opened packet? easy seal is paperclip the opening, or put in fridge.
if rice is fully cooked simple spanish rice is add cooked onions celery spiced with cumin and red chili powder add a can or two of chicken broth, cook for aditional 20 minute so flavor in corpartaes at end before serving add cilantro and parsely to it.. stir up...

Rice have in no way been Spanish, is Asian, the way is waiting is Spanish. Puerto Rican rice is the main suitable, tried it and you will trust me. Cooked rice would desire to be unfastened and not sticky or gluey it might desire to be dry and nicely season.

TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE! NEVER USED PARTIALLY OPEN ANYTHING FROM THE STORE. BETTER SAFE THEN SORRY.
