and you've inspired people to write a bunch of prophecies (over 300) that have already come true to date, you have inspired people to write about honey being a sterile part of a good poultice plus diets that are proven to make you perfectly healty in the Old Testemant 3000 years before technology could possibly prove these things, you've created such a detailed and intricate earth and creatures that testify you are real just by being there......you send witnesses that die by the thousands to declare they have seen you (God) and experienced you and nobody listens to them, you send scientists that prove there was a flood and that evolution as far as man's existence cannot be true.......this and more yet people still do not believe so all you can do is return and full fill prophecy about darkness and the people of darkness being swallowed up at your coming........but before you do you'd like every possible soul to have the chance to be saved.
Have you ever put yourself in God's shoes?

What would you do differently and really think about this one okay? You have to think of every angle of your decision and how it would affect people.
Can you really see all the angles?

I would send a girl like you *sister zeal* to ask so many questions at Yahoo! questions that nobody could refute the fact that God definately gave one of us so much curiosity about the afterlife and Theism, there must be a God in heaven!....

If I were God, I might have made those allegedly 'perfect' health instructions a little clearer - and saved millions and millions of lives.
Just one little extra Commandment like "Thou shalt wash your hands before eating" could have saved untold lives over the centuries.
Maybe a hint, like "The mosquitoes in that swamp over there are the ones that are giving you malaria. It has nothing to do with 'bad air'". That could have saved millions, possibly billions more.
In those dietary laws, I'd have included something like "Boil the frikkin water first". Right there, another couple of billion lives spared from horrific deaths through cholera, dysentery and parasitic infestation.
And if I were getting someone to write down a Creation story, I'd have made sure it actually matched the physical evidence I created in the world around me. Imagine how many scientists would be devout followers if only the Creation story actually included explanations for the ancient Earth, fossils, and plate tectonics.
So when I put on God's shoes, I find them amazing tight, twisted, and more than a little smelly. He's either a complete moron or a sadistic, manipulative a**hole. Neither one particularly compels me to accept his "love".

There were people around for thousands of years before the bible. (old and new testament). They knew lots of things about nature, and herbal medicine. Just because this ancient knowledge was written in the bible doesn't mean it came from god. Indians never heard of the bible they knew this stuff.
There are so many things that I would have done differently it would take a library to contain it.

No doubt about it! Being God would be a big job. If I was God I wouldn't wear shoes, and I'd give The Last Voice of Reason a lot more money.

Nobody can EVER be like the Most High but i will try to answer your question.
but one way i will try to save the souls is letting them hear about me by sending angels to them to make them believe EVERYONE would see them with their eyes. and if thats not enough for them to believe, i will control their minds and make them believe then 13 years later will be judgment day and all will go to heaven but then again i can NEVER be like the Most High God of Israel. but thats what i think of doing.

You can also see these things in other religious traditions. Ayurveda, the necessary component to a complete yoga practice, has contributed significantly to Western medicine. All paths lead to God and I believe that God is more complex and vast than just boiling God down to one omnipotent figure.
Maybe it makes sense as it simplifies things but I don't think it helps us in the long run. Just my thoughts.

Honestly, seeing the way man has either tried to change the nature of God to suit his own needs and desires or completely reject him to go his own way.
repeatedly
I would have probably wiped everything out.
I am not nearly that patient or understanding

Allah SWT is absolute and no creation has ability to think or be the creator. Its frowned apon to even think such things. Al Gafoor Al Azeem inshAllah Amen.
Its is us that has been given the time, not the creator of time and mankind and such.

Well, I think if I were God, I would feel much sadness that a lot of people find it hard to believe that I love them and only want them to love me too! God bless you!!!

I am not worthy enough to lay at God's feet, let alone be in His shoes. He Is Holy and Worthy of Praise! Amen!
