Your on your way to passing out from dehydration. I know, I've been there. All your losing is water weight and muscle....Your body's metabolism is shutting down, so once you start to eat regularly, even if it's less then you do, your going to gain weight and look fatter then before...ie. flabby.

Eat healthy FRESH fruit and VEGGIES...make it easy, get the already made trays with dip. Everything low in calories and fat. Drink ALOT of water and any kind of drink that doesn't have sugar in it. Eat lean meats, chicken. Not alot of bread, fried, or alcohol...etc.

Ever tried weight watchers points system? It really works
Also, work out....I did P90x!!!
Eat 5 smalls meals about the size of your hand just to keep you going every 3 hours...and take your vitamins.

Your friend is underweight an should actually not weigh less than 110 pounds at her height and being 13 being 120 would be better since she is growing. The average person needs at least 1200 calories a day to do everyday activities but being that age she would need more like at least 1800 but should shoot of at least 2000 a day especially if she is active. This diet is not going to work because she is already underweight and by consuming nowhere enough calories her body will go into starvation mode and store any fat she might have or consume. the next step after that is her body will start eating away at itself like eating muscle and organ tissue and then she will have organ failure. This diet is very unsafe and can damage her long term as far as growth in her adult life if she continues it or stays underweight. I don't think she should lose any weight and slowly gaining weight like a pound or two a month would be very good for her. If she is only doing it for a month it might not kill her but will come close because organs could be failing by then if she doesn't listen to her body and actually give it the food it needs. If your friend goes through with this and does not listen to you about everything mentioned here then you need to talk to a trusted adult that can help her.

With all the problems we've been having with products from China lately, I can't say that I would take any pills from there.
Also, 500 calories is probably not enough to keep your blood sugar at the correct level. Make sure you're eating very small amounts very frequently. Even something like some lettuce with a few grapes or orange sections would help with the dizziness. You might need to increase your total caloric intake at least slightly. Try 550 or 600 calories and see if that helps. Don't sacrifice your health in the attempt to lose weight.

Uhh you're not on a good diet....
The reason why you're dizzy and cranky and all is because you're body's not getting enough calories to function properly. Eat 1,200 calories so that your body will function right at least.

Dieting takes time, don't rush and expect changes so quick. By doing what you're doing, when you stop this diet, you'll gain weight and appear fatter.

Of course you don't feel well. You are starving yourself and your body is screaming for help! These "off the wall" diets never work. You may lose some weight but being sick is the price you'll pay and when you stop the diet, you'll gain back the weight. Stop dieting and start eating sensibly. Eat lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, grains, and a bit of meat and beans for protein. Watch portion control carefully. Drink lots of water. Exercise sensibly. You'll lose the weight gradually, be more likely to keep it off, and feel much better.

After all the stuff that happened with toys from china, I would'n
buy anything from there, especially diet pills..
I have tried hoodia, phentermine and acomplia so far myself. Hoodia did not show too good results.
For me acomplia has been the best. phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects.
happy not to have any sides with acomplia so far.
I am losing a pound or few every week.
It is very popular in UK, Germany and many other countries worldwide. Not so much in the US yet.
This is good site for Acomplia info if anyone's interested

you know your starving yourself... and if you don't take your diet healthy and slow you will gain it all back. Try getting off the diet and eating 1500 calories a day... then may be you can stand up and workout and gain some muscle instead of developing a disorder and killing yourself

500 cals? You'll probably gain weight. Putting your body in starvation mode.

Work out your BMR and then do your calorie counting.

(No more of a deficit or 300-400 under your BMR)

Having less than 1 200 calories a day may slow down your metabolism

Sweety if you value your life and health, then STOP talking these pills. You might also want to get some mental health experts to talk to you, because the fact you would do something so dangerous and risk your own life is sad.

there has to be more to it than you just wanting to lose a few pounds to do something so drastic.

Just remember there are NO shortcuts to a healthy mind and body.
