I know to drink things that are caffeine free but what else?

alot of things have sugar in them though.

How am I supposed to not have sugar if everything has sugar?

does apple juice have acid in it?

I am also diabetic so I need juices to drink in case I am low or just thirsty or for breakfast.

Stay away from citrus fruits .. pineapple, lemons,, etc..
any thing with vinegar in it..
carbonated drinks.. coffee , and tea..
if u have to drink them.. at least water it down.. then add sugar /cream..

you can find a lot on the web.. just put it in Ur browser..
it is hard to keep up with everything I no..
I have been blessed that I do not to have diabetes.... but a lot of my friends do and my mom...
so don't get discouraged.. it is something u have to work out for ur self.. and set a schedule.. ..

citrus especially, but most juices should be avoided. In mt mom's case Milk coats her stomach, and is soothing, so try that?

You should avoid carbonated drinks, tea, coffee, spicy food, and alcohol .......... if u drink. You should also avoid eating apples and any thing with lots of viniger and chilli.
