You are a Wiccan, you are blessed with a strong inner voice. You, Prairie Crone, know when a situation is unhealthy when your inner voice starts to make noises at you.

What is your gut telling you? Listen to it. If you are getting signals, consult the proper health care people, but your intuition is strong enough to point the way.

not living in the here is now is always unhealthy. There is a difference between having dreams and a fantasy land. When they are not taking strides to achieve those goals it is interfering with life. I assume we are talking of someone with some age under their belt. children dream, teens start to take action and sometimes get distracted, if and I'm guessing it is it is a person who has strived in life with some achievement and has now fell off track I would suggest a serious talk with them if at that point things don't change. SEEK HELP. This is in the mental health part so again I am assuming they may have been diagnosed or you suspect they should be. If they are way out there and refuse help or guidance they can be committed involuntarily if you are concerned about their safety. I would suggest contacting your local Mental health center and they can guide you. Also note if by chance they do have a therapist YOU can call and give ANY information to the therapist you feel necessary due to regulations they may not be able to share with you though. But you may be providing them information the person in question is leaving out. Hope this helps.

Ms Crone, you failed to mention whether or not she is a child, teenager, young adult of mature adult. If she's UNDER the age of 18 then there isn't all that much to worry about. Adulthood will slap her very qucikly back into the REAL world in no time flat.

An adult on the other hand may have some serious issues that she is trying to avoid facing and is using her own mind like a drug to "escape" her responsibilities in real life. I wouldn't worry TO much about it, unless it's becoming dangerous to herself or to others. Otherwise, just let her find out for herself that things are NOT the way she wishes they would be. The Universe has a way of slapping a person BACK into reality. Let the Universe take on the job. It can do so without turning her against you or anyone else who decides to do it. Goddess can do it with a LOT less trauma and in such a way that the lesson IS learned and learned completely.

Check out the manual called the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders( DSM IV(4). There are several personality disorders and they have checklists. They may also be bi-polar. Generally speaking, there is a term called Global Assessment of Functioning Scale (GAF). Plainly speaking, when the areas such as personal hygiene, sleep, work, housekeeping, communicate with other appropriately decrease, there is a decrease in their ability to adapt to new or different situations. This causes them to begin to withdrawal/ isolate from other people ,making it harder to reach them and to help them. What works best fro me is not confrontation, but to listen to them, respect, them, and share experiences(even if they are not your own but you have observed). This may help them feel loved, understood, sort things out, and let them know they are not alone. Of course, I would advise you if you can get them to see a psychiatrist. They may need medication. If they verbally, threaten to harm themselves or others, there is a law called the Baker Act. They will be placed under medical observation/assessment for 72 Hours. (In the U.S.A.) I think with your abilities you would not have to resort to that, due to your gift.

I particularly did attempt to learn this however it actually, definitely pains my eyes to learn the entire caps so I stopped. If you would repost it adequately then I might gladly provide you a whole critique of it.

Do they refuse to look at reality as it is?
Do they stare off into space for long periods of time?
Are they preoccupied with only certain activities?
Are they reluctant to do take part in the day to day routine?
