I have started walking 2 miles every day and I watch what I eat and I try to eat as healthy as possible since I've been diagnosed with a benign brain tumor. I feel better. I've lost five pounds. Are there any other health benefits of walking 2 miles every day and watching what I eat, other than weight loss? My headaches have also slowed down. I don't get as many. Also, do you know of any websites that might have a picture of what a lipoma looks like on the brain? They didn't tell me how big it was. They just said it was a small benign tumor.

What are some of the signs and symptoms of a small benign tumor on the brain? Is it normal to have neck pain, double vision, and ear congestion?

Benign Tumors dont get any bigger. Its the Malignent Tumors that are the trouble.

Yes to your question of health benefits.

Exercise releases endorphins to the brain. They send the message to feel good.
