I think I have received it. If we have believed in Jesus, we will received the Holy Ghost. Remember when your trying to do something bad like stealing, someone in your heart talked and warned you? Telling you that it's not a good thing to do? It's the Holy Ghost speaking I believe.

WHY..... would you post a Bible VERSE..... Out of Context!
The New Disciples.... In... Acts 19.... had had TWO Water Baptisms..... and .... STILL WERE NOT.... BORN AGAIN !
God put this verse in the Holy Scriptures..... TO DISPEL the False IDEA.... that Water Baptism... could some how Save? NOT!
DID YOU MISS..... Ephesians 2:8-9-10 ......? ? ?
And....
DID YOU MISS.... THESE.... VERSES.....ALSO ?

Yes, I have received the holy Spirit man times. Whenever you need courage, understanding, wisdom, right judgement, knowledge, or reverence, you can pray to God to send the holy Spirit.

Yes, He lives within me and has promised to never leave me, He shows me truth, reminds me of God's word. He gives me wisdom and direction. He is my comforter. The Holy Spirit is God on Earth in us until God in the manifestation of Jesus comes again.
